With this classic water bath or poffert mold from Kitchen Basics, you can make traditional Dutch poffert and other steamed pastries. A poffert is a type of cake that is prepared 'au bain marie'. You can also use this water bath mold for making cakes, bundt cakes, or puddings. Grease the mold well before use to prevent the dough from sticking.
