Delivery and Returns
Delivery Time
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We usually ship the order the same day, sometimes the next day. Virtually all orders are delivered within 5 working days. If the item is out of stock or takes longer than a week to deliver, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
For orders placed in our web store, the shipping costs for standard packages (PostNL) in the Netherlands are:
- free delivery for orders over €50,-*
- €5.95 including VAT for orders under €50,-
The correct amount of shipping costs will be displayed when you place the item in the shopping cart.
Shipping Partner
We deliver our standard packages with PostNL, larger packages are shipped with various specialized transport companies.
Gift Wrapping
If you want to receive your order as a wrapped gift, we will gladly wrap it for you in gift paper. You don't need to worry about the cost: we charge only €6.95 per order for this service.
Returns
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. From the moment of the return notification, you have 14 days to return the product sufficiently stamped. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. So, handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for a return.
For processing the return, it is important that we know who the package is from. It is helpful to include the original packing slip or a note with the name under which the item was ordered. If you wish, you can use the withdrawal form. You can download it here.
After receipt and inspection, we will credit the amount within 14 days.
