This species grows wild in the south of Madagascar. The climbing plants can grow up to 20 meters high, making the harvest particularly difficult. You can immediately recognize this type of pepper by the berries with the long stem. The pepper has a fairly mild taste with irresistible aromas of wood, flowers, and fruit. Very versatile: suitable for meat (poultry, pork, lamb), vegetables (potatoes, salads), omelet, foie gras, and goat cheese. Desserts: fruit (strawberry, melon) and chocolate.
