The blade is highly resistant to stains and rust. Additionally, it is easy to sharpen yourself if the edge loses some of its sharpness over time.

The handle is made of black POM.

POM is a very strong plastic that is resistant to moisture, acid, and heat. This makes the handle virtually maintenance-free!
However, we do not recommend putting the knife in the dishwasher. The high heat and strong detergents can cause the POM to discolor or even crack over time. The handle has rounded edges, making these steak knives very comfortable to hold. The handle is attached to the full-tang blade with three rivets.
