Eurolux is the only German producer of pans where all production steps actually take place in Germany, thus contributing to low CO2 emissions. The pans feature a thick LuxTec® non-stick coating that is guaranteed to be free of harmful PFOA. Due to this strong coating, it is possible to prepare food with non-sharp metal utensils, such as a whisk. The black bottom of the pans and grill plates ensures better heat absorption, allowing them to heat up to 30% faster than conventional induction pans, and with the thick induction base, the heat is very evenly distributed. The cooking surface is twice as large as a large pan, making it much easier to flip items like meat. Since you hardly need to use any oil, all meals are low in fat content.

Important note: We have equipped our grill and teppanyaki plates with silicone feet, preventing them from sliding on induction cooktops and making cooking with our grill plates easier. The silicone feet are only suitable for induction cooktops! When used on other types of stoves, such as ceramic, gas, or electric, the silicone feet must be removed.
