An indispensable versatile carbon steel pan, perfect for frying eggs, pancakes, or one-pan dishes, but also ideal for daily meals and meat.

Meat gets a nice crispy crust when cooked in these pans. The Forged Frying Pan from the Forged Essentials series is made of 3 mm thick carbon steel, hand-forged and suitable for all stovetops including induction, oven, open fire, and BBQ. Durable and PFAS-free, with a natural coating that you create yourself, which we also call "seasoning". This provides a sort of natural non-stick layer and in many cases prevents rust. If it does happen that your product rusts a bit, no problem, maintain it with the Forged maintenance kit and it's as good as new. This pan will last a lifetime.

We have two types of pans in our range, namely with one handle and with two handles. Both types are available in ø24 and ø28 cm.
