The robust Industry frying pan is designed in an American Industrial style and does not discolor due to the Silvinox protective layer.
The Industry frying pan has 2 handles, making it easy to place on your stovetop and in the oven. The pan is easy to clean in the dishwasher and is suitable for use on all heat sources, including induction.
Stainless steel pans have optimal heat distribution and excellent heat conduction, making it possible to cook on a low flame. When the pan is sufficiently warm, you only need to lower the heat, and the pan does the rest.
Cooking in a stainless steel pan:
1 Preheat the pan (on induction: without boost or turbo)
If you use butter, add it to the pan and wait until the butter stops sizzling; the pan is then at the right temperature.
If you use oil, add the oil to the pan when it is hot: you can check this by letting a few drops of water fall into the pan: if small droplets form and move around, the pan is at temperature; add the oil.
2 Now that the pan is at the right temperature, reduce the heat source by half and add the ingredients to the pan. The pan does the rest.
3 If the meat sticks to the pan, do not try to remove it; wait, it will release naturally once it is well-seared and can be turned over.
