Usage and care:

Before first use and after each subsequent use, wash by hand with warm water and soap. Prolonged soaking is not recommended. Before each use, coat with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray with flour can also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. Mixes and recipes may vary. Do not fill the pan more than 3/4 full to prevent overflow. Metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
