Usage and Care

  • Before first use and after each subsequent use, wash by hand with warm water and soap. Prolonged soaking is not recommended.
  • Before each use, coat with butter or shortening and sprinkle with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray with flour can also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
  • Mixtures and recipes may vary. Do not fill the pan more than 3/4 full to prevent overflow.
  • Metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
