Usage and Care

• Before the first use and after each subsequent use, wash the pan with warm water and soap. Prolonged soaking is not recommended.
• Before each use, coat the pan with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray with flour can also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
• Mixes and recipes can vary. Do not fill the pan more than 3/4 full to prevent overflow.
• Metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasives should not be used on non-stick surfaces.
